What is sweet like honeycomb but can also be poisonous?

          

The words of our mouth is powerful. Once an egg is broken it cannot be made whole again, so also are words spoken. All you can do is maybe fry the egg or try to make something out of it .

Hurtful and negative words are like broken eggs, you can try to apologize or make things right but the damage has been done. You also give the devil access to your life when you make negative confession.

Watch what you say so you don’t break an egg that needs not be broken.

“let no corrupt talk come out of your mouth, but only Such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear“.

The bible says we are snared by the words of our mouth. Also the book of Ephesians 4:29 says “let no corrupt talk come out of your mouth, but only Such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it

may give grace to those who hear”.

So many times we say things as a joke but these words have caused us much harm than good. Proverb 16:24 says “gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body”. I will say also, “loose words are like snake venom, hurtful to the body and deadly to the soul”.

Let us therefore make the words of our mouth gracious.
